BLANCFEST 2024: An explosion of creativity and the contribution of La Puta Suegra

Blanc! Festival is not just a design festival; it is a space where art and communication meet technology and innovation. Throughout its days, some of the most influential creatives in the industry expose their points of view, showcase their projects, and share the lessons learned in their careers. This year, the event featured a wide variety of conferences, workshops, exhibitions and round tables addressing everything from the latest trends in branding and graphic design to innovative strategies for creative agencies.

It is a unique opportunity for those of us who make a living from ideas, as it allows us to learn from the best, get inspired and, above all, connect with a community that understands the importance of art and creativity in today's world.

Each year, BLANC! FESTIVAL brings together the best in creativity in one space, attracting designers, artists, and creatives from all walks of life to share ideas, visions, and projects. This 2024, the festival has once again been an epicenter of innovation and community, and La Puta Suegra was honored to be part of this unique event, with Josep Plana, our CEO, participating as a speaker.

For us, being at BLANC! FESTIVAL is like entering a parallel universe where creativity has no limits. We find ourselves surrounded by people who, like us, live to push the boundaries of what is possible in design and communication. Here we tell you more about what this festival is, why it is so important, and what it was like to be part of it.

Josep Plana on the stage of BLANCFEST

Josep Plana's participation at BLANC! FESTIVAL was a very special moment for La Puta Suegra. As CEO, Josep has led projects that break new ground and redefine the way design and communication come together to connect with the public. In his talk, titled “Creativity without limits”, he shared his vision on the power of bold ideas and how agencies can make a difference when they stop playing it safe.

One of Josep's most impactful messages was his insistence that “creativity is not a luxury, but a necessity”. In a world where we are exposed to thousands of messages a day, he raised the importance of creating experiences that truly resonate. He also talked about how the La Puta Suegra team works together to capture the unique essence of each client, avoiding falling into repetitive formulas or passing trends. It was an inspiring talk and, judging by the audience's reaction, a thought-provoking one.

Creativity, Connections and Community at BLANC! FESTIVAL

Attending BLANC! FESTIVAL not only offers inspiration, but allows you to experience first-hand the collaborative spirit that characterizes the creative community. From the moment we entered the venue, the atmosphere was electrifying. Every corner was designed to immerse us in the creative universe of the festival, with visual artworks, interactive installations and spaces dedicated to exploring creativity from different angles.

There were moments that stuck in the mind: such as a talk by a graphic designer exploring visual identity from a social perspective, and an exhibition where attendees could add their own ideas to a collective mural. It was also very enriching to share moments with other creatives, listen to their experiences and discover that, although everyone works on different things, we all face the same challenges: how to maintain authenticity and impact in a world so saturated with stimuli.

BLANC! FESTIVAL has been, once again, a reminder of why we do what we do. We left there with our minds full of fresh ideas, with new perspectives and, above all, with the commitment to continue betting on an authentic and limitless creativity.

From La Puta Suegra, we hope to be able to capture all this inspiration in our daily work and continue collaborating with restless minds that want to leave a mark on the world. Stay tuned for more news because, after this event, we are more eager than ever to create and surprise.
